SEOUL, July 31 (Yonhap) -- South Korean President Park Geun-hye plans to make a state visit to Britain in November at the invitation of Queen Elizabeth II, the presidential office said Wednesday.

   Park will visit Britain from Nov. 5-7, her spokeswoman Kim Haing said, adding that the two sides are currently in talks to work out details.

   Last month, the presidential office announced the visit without specifying the dates of the trip.

   Park will be the second South Korean president to make a state visit to Britain, Kim said. Her visit comes as the two countries mark the 130th anniversary of relations this year.

   It will also be Park's first visit to Europe since her inauguration in late February, the spokeswoman said.
