On Monday, 2 March, Ambassador Lim Soosuk held a meeting with Luis Casado, the new CEO of ILBOC, and Joaquín García-Estañ, the company's current executive director. ILBOC is a company created from a joint investment between the Spanish company Repsol and the Korean company SK Enmove.

The company produces high-end lubricants at its plant in Cartagena (Murcia, in southeastern Spain) and holds a prominent position in the European market.
