Kia Iberia has appointed Alfredo Guerra as its new Marketing Director, with immediate effect. In his new role, he will oversee the marketing and communication programs of the brand and will be responsible for strategic marketing, coordinating and adapting the European headquarters' strategy to the Spanish market.

Guerra will be part of the company's senior management team, where, given his engineering background and extensive experience in sales, after-sales, and marketing, he will bring a valuable technical and commercial aspect that will drive the company's marketing strategy.

Guerra possesses a global vision of the business strategy and an understanding of customer needs and expectations. His previous experience provides him with a comprehensive perspective on the customer lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to delivering personalized solutions and providing post-sales support.

Of Spanish nationality and 46 years old, Alfredo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UEM, as well as an executive MBA and other postgraduate studies focused on strategic sales and marketing management. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, having worked with brands like Iveco and subsequently with KIA since 2010.
